Wash Instructions for Linen.

Warm or cold Machine Wash.

Launder any stains immediately

Rinse Thoroughly. Do Not Bleach. 

Line Dry in Shade or Tumble Dry on Low.

If being dried in the sunshine lay flat to avoid uneven UV bleaching.

If desired, press with warm iron on reverse side whilst linen is slightly damp. 

Do Not Dry Clean.

Ensure zipper on duvet is closed before washing to ensure other wash items don't load into the duvet pocket and add pressure to the zip enclosure.

If Embroidery included on your garment or bedding:

If you have some custom embroidery added to your DBA linens, this is a hand finished edition. Wash your embroidered linen in a delicates wash bag. This will just ensure that your embroidery is not pulled at or snagged by anything sharp (zippers, buttons etc) in your wash.

Alternatively hand wash is fine.

All embroidery cottons are colourfast and will not run.

Australian Shipping

Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. We deliver to all states and territories across Australia.

Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer two international shipping options, available at checkout depending on your destination:

DHL Express Courier

Our fastest and most comprehensive international service, offering express delivery and door to door tracking via DHL Express.

Standard International Mail - Australia Post

A more economical international shipping option. Your parcel is sent via Australia Post and transferred to your country's national postal service for final delivery. Delivery times are generally longer than DHL Express and tracking may be more limited once the parcel enters the destination country.

Please note: If you choose Standard International Mail, Dazed but Amazed is unable to arrange or generate return shipping labels on your behalf. If you wish to return an eligible item, return postage must be arranged independently and paid for by the customer.

Shipping Protection

Optional Shipping Protection is available at checkout for added peace of mind.

Shipping Protection covers your order in the event of loss, theft or damage while in transit, subject to the Shipping Protection Terms & Conditions.

If you choose not to add Shipping Protection, your order will be shipped without this additional coverage.

USA & Canada - Duties Included

We have made shopping from the United States and Canada simpler.

Import duties are included in our US and Canadian product pricing, so there are no additional import duty charges to pay when your order arrives.

Orders are shipped with applicable import duties handled by Dazed but Amazed. Any applicable local sales taxes will be displayed at checkout where required.

Rest of World - Duties & Taxes

For destinations outside Australia, the United States and Canada, import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply depending on your destination and local regulations.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are generally processed within 3 business days.

We dispatch orders at least twice per week, with more frequent dispatches during launches and other peak periods.

Delivery times vary depending on your destination and selected shipping service, but typically range from 2-10 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Your Shipping Choice

Customers choosing DHL Express may contact us for assistance with available return-shipping arrangements. The return shipping will be at customers expense however can be arranged on account and there is a streamline collection door to door express service.

Customers choosing Standard International Mail are responsible for arranging their own return postage. We are unable to provide or generate return labels for orders originally shipped using the Standard International Mail service.

All returns must be approved by Dazed but Amazed before being sent. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link so you can follow your parcel's journey.

For Standard International Mail, tracking visibility may vary after the parcel is transferred from Australia Post to the destination country's national postal service.

Sustainable Packaging

All Dazed but Amazed orders are packed using minimal, recyclable packaging wherever possible.

Dazed but Amazed cannot be held responsible for delays, additional costs or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied at checkout.

Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted domestic and international delivery partners, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, weather, peak delivery periods, remote locations or circumstances outside our control.

Once a parcel has been dispatched, carrier delays are outside the direct control of Dazed but Amazed. However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will assist wherever possible.
