Shipping Terms & Conditions

Australian Shipping:

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

International Shipping:

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. This means that all applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees are included in your order total at checkout. There will be no additional charges upon delivery.


Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days.
  • We ship 2 days a week, adjusted in peak launch times to be more frequent.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination but typically range from 2-10 business days.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Customs & Import

Since we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), all duties, taxes, and customs fees are covered in advance. Your parcel will clear customs smoothly, without any additional payments required on your end.


Delays

While both Australia Post & DHL Express provides fast and reliable delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for such delays.

All orders include tracking via Australia Post or DHL Express. You can monitor your shipment’s progress using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
