Do Dazed but Amazed deliver Australia wide?

Yes. We deliver Australia wide using Australia Post.

Does Dazed but Amazed ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide, with international customers able to choose from DHL Express Courier or Standard International Mail at checkout.

Are duties and taxes included for international orders?

Duties are included for US & Canadian customers. For all other international customer they are added at checkout where applicable. All International order ship Duties paid. There are no unexpected duties to pay on delivery.

What international shipping options are available?

We offer two international delivery options:

DHL Express Courier - our fastest, fully tracked international service.

Standard International Mail - a more economical option, sent via Australia Post and transferred to your national postal service for final delivery.

Available options and pricing are displayed at checkout for your destination.

Can you arrange return shipping for international orders?

All return shipping is at the cost of the customer. Return shipping can be arranged for eligible DHL Express orders. We are unable to arrange return shipping for orders sent using Standard International Mail. Customers choosing Standard International Mail will need to organise and pay for their own return postage.

Do you offer shipping protection?

Yes. Shipping Protection is available to add to eligible orders at checkout and provides additional protection against loss, theft or damage in transit. Please refer to our Shipping Protection Terms & Conditions for full details.

Where does Dazed but Amazed ship from?

All Dazed but Amazed orders are dispatched from Byron Bay, Australia.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Orders are generally processed within 3 business days. We normally dispatch twice per week, with additional dispatch days during busy launch periods.

How long does international delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on destination and the shipping service selected. DHL Express is generally the fastest option, while Standard International Mail may take longer due to local postal networks and customs processing.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched. Tracking availability and updates may vary depending on the service selected and the destination postal network.

What certifications does Dazed but Amazed come with?

All of our linen is 100% European Flax registered. GOTs global certified organic & Oeko Tex certified.

Our cotton garments are 100% cotton, GOTs certified global organic.
