We happily offer a store credit and refund policy on the dba items detailed below. 

We do advise all customers to confirm they have received the correct sizing ordered before use, wash and wear.

For bedding the internal size tags are sewn next to the care tag of the bedding and the full sizing dimensions and names can be viewed here on our sizing page.

All heritage slip dresses and bedding that come with a linen tote bag, need to be returned in the tote bag in order to process the return.

There is no exchange or refund option on sale / promotion / reduced items or custom personalisation and embroidery.

All sale purchases are final sale.

To request open a return process please email with your order number and I will respond with the process.


Exchange / Store Credit

We accept exchange for store credit for full priced items purchased online within 28 days of receipt of goods. Items must be in brand new, unused, unwashed condition.

We do not offer exchanges on any discounted items.

Return shipping for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are wanting to exchange for another size/colour/item we recommend returning the item and once received and assessed we will send a store credit for that value for you to use on another item/s. if and or where possible we may be able to facilitate the exchange.

We are unfortunately unable to hold stock / items specifically to exchange goods - apologies.



We offer refunds on full priced linens purchased online within 14 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be in original condition and include original packaging. if returned without its linen bag the return will not be processed. Once processed the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order. Please note we cannot change card numbers or refund via a different method or to a different person.

Once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.

There is no refund option on any discounted items.

You can also opt for store credit.

For all International Customers my items are sold in AUD$ and refunded in AUD$ as we are an Australian Business. Your banking or payment type is in control of the exchange rates that do fluctuate daily. There is a chance the refunded amount will not be exact once refunded and exchanged to the country of origin's currency.

This is out of our control we refund 100% the amount paid in AUD$.


Faulty items

If your item arrives damaged this needs to be reported within 7 days of receipt for replacement, repair or refund. Goods with manufacturing faults after wear need to be reported within 3 months of purchase for repair if possible or replacement. Please note that items which have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered to be faulty.
